Here are three images from Davida MotoPhoto that haven’t been released on the web before and which we’ve included within the last few editions of our Davida Newsletter. From now on every Davida Newsletter will present an image from the MotoPhoto Exhibition that has never been on the web before.
The Davida Newsletter also contains all the relevant information about our monthly competition. Our competition for September is your chance to win a D4Vi9A JPV visor.
Moto Photo Images Released In September 2013
First is a photo of the original Cafe Racers in London. It’s 1949, they are demobed, Britain is rationed, petrol is unavailable, their running engines on ethanol & it’s Race Day at Johnson’s Cafe… fantastic !
Second is ‘ The Rainmaster” a product that was sold in Halfords circa 1948 – 1950 …unbelievably desperate !!
Third but not least, one of the wackiest images of any land speed record attempt … Egg Man… I just love those shoes ….. where is this machine now ?
